Duolingo is seeking a Sourcer to partner with our recruiting team, focusing on high‑volume outbound for Product Design, Marketing, and G&A roles. You’ll build pipelines, map markets, run tests, and partner with recruiters to accelerate talent engagement.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years sourcing experience, proficiency with Greenhouse, Gem, SeekOut, and Boolean search; thrive in fast pacing environments, and are adept at CRM re-engagement to unlock diverse talent pools.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of sourcing experience focused on high-volume outbound for Marketing, Creative, Business and G&A roles.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse talent pools.
• Proficiency in G-Suite, Greenhouse, and sourcing tools (Gem and SeekOut).
• Fluent in Boolean logic and CRM re-engagement searches.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and iterating sourcing strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Build sourcing strategies for Product Design and Marketing roles and flex across Business and G&A as needed.
• Develop pipelines through outbound sourcing and CRM re-engagement.
• Attend intake meetings to understand role requirements.
• Conduct recruiter screens and share calibrated recommendations.
• Create market maps and talent intelligence reports with TAM insights.
• Run A/B tests on outreach strategies and iterate to improve funnel performance.
• Balance speed and personalization at scale.
