Assured is seeking a Contract Product & Design Sourcer to build high‑quality pipelines for senior Product and Design roles. You will design creative searches across LinkedIn Recruiter, portfolios, design communities, and conferences, and craft personalized outreach to engage high‑potential candidates.

You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define target profiles, validate searches, and continuously improve sourcing strategies using feedback and data.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for Product & Design roles.
• Ability to design creative searches and build pipelines.
• Familiar with Ashby or similar ATS.
