Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Product Design Manager to lead a growing team of designers focused on consumer growth. You will shape the end-to-end user journey, from discovery through expansion, and build a high-caliber design organization that ships cohesive experiences at scale.

You will partner with product, engineering, data science, research, and GTM leaders to balance user needs with business outcomes and to advance the company’s mission with responsible, AI-native growth at global scale.
