Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design tackling a range of business problems, industries, user types and platforms.
• 4+ years leading product design engagements end-to-end, from discovery to build.
• 4+ years leading creation of product visions, journeys, interactions and rapid prototypes.
• 4+ years delivering high-fidelity UI with accessible design practices.
• 3+ years coaching or managing designers.

Responsibilities

• Lead client programs from approach through delivery with accountability for quality and timelines.
• Solve abstract problems and imagine first-of-its-kind experiences.
• Translate research and design insights into strategic narratives for clients.
• Mentor and develop team members to grow their skills and capabilities.
