Job summary

Accenture Song in Culver City, CA seeks a Product Design Lead to own projects end-to-end—from scoping to delivery—driving product experiences that align user needs with business goals. You will guide teams, shape design systems, and leverage AI to accelerate outcomes, while mentoring others and shaping the practice.

You will translate research and insights into strategic narratives for clients, balancing hands-on work with leadership in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design tackling a range of business problems, industries, user types and platforms.
• 4+ years leading product design engagements end-to-end, from discovery and synthesis through concepting and build.
• 4+ years leading the creation of product visions, user journeys, interaction models, and rapid prototypes.
• 4+ years bringing designs to life through high-fidelity UI and accessible design practices.
• 3+ years directly managing or coaching designers with strong leadership.
• 3+ years working in agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead client programs from approach through delivery with accountability for work quality and timelines.
• Solve abstract problems and imagine first-of-its-kind experiences.
• Make strategic recommendations tangible through proofs of concept, prototypes, and visual narratives using AI tools.
• Set direction while staying close to the work and ensure high-quality design delivery.
• Mentor and develop team members and contribute to the evolution of the discipline.
• Document how AI changes project workflows and quantify its impact.
