Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a Product Design Lead who can own projects end-to-end, guiding teams to translate user needs and business strategy into scalable product experiences. You will set craft quality, mentor designers, and drive outcomes with AI-enabled processes across client programs.

You will lead strategic and hands-on work, shaping product decisions while maintaining close collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality design delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design tackling a range of business problems, industries, user types and platforms.
• 4+ years leading product design engagements end-to-end, from discovery and synthesis through concepting and build, with design systems.
• 4+ years leading the creation of product visions, user journeys, interaction models, flows, wireframes, and rapid prototypes.
• 4+ years bringing designs to life through high-fidelity UI, accessible design practices, and developer-ready specs.
• 3+ years directly managing or coaching designers.
• 3+ years working in agile delivery environments with cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years Experience shaping AI-powered experiences, including trust states and human-in-the-loop workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead client programs from approach through delivery with accountability for work quality, timelines, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Work through ambiguity to solve abstract problems and imagine first-of-its-kind experiences.
• Make strategic recommendations tangible through proofs of concept, prototypes, and visual narratives using AI tools.
• Set direction while staying close to the work, shaping product decisions for high-quality delivery.
• Serve as a leading voice in client discussions, translating research and design insights into clear strategic narratives.
• Document how AI changes project workflows and quantify its impact on delivery, quality, and team performance.
• Contribute to proposals, create case studies, and translate learnings into thought leadership.
• Listen for unmet client needs and share opportunities with account leaders to drive growth.
• Mentor and develop team members in day-to-day work and skill growth.
