SharkNinja is seeking a Product Design Engineering Co-op to join the Ninja team in Needham, MA for January–June. The role requires full-time, 40-hour weeks onsite with no relocation assistance.

You will prototype, test, and iterate at the early stages of product design, collaborating across Industrial Design and Mechanical Engineering. The position emphasizes user-centered design, rapid prototyping, and hands-on hardware development, with compensation ranging from $27 to $40 per hour and ongoing

Qualifications

• Current student in a related bachelor's or master's program or has graduated within the past year.
• Experience with CAD software and hands-on prototyping is preferred.
• Strong communication and user-centered design mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new product concepts with a user-centered approach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solutions meeting functional requirements.
• Lead and participate in design studies addressing technical and UX challenges.
• Build and test quick prototypes and derive findings from user testing.
