Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical understanding of small arms operation and design.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and ANSI Y14.5 geometric tolerancing.
• Experience in CAD (NX preferred), 2D drafting, and FEM/FEA analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical design skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with product design and industrialization for firearms, including R&D, design, and improvement.
• Develop test plans, conduct product testing, and generate detailed test reports.
• Create and review 2D/3D CAD drawings; maintain Bills of Materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product specifications and procedures.
• Identify and implement cost, performance, manufacturability, and quality improvements.
• Support ECNs and IP management initiatives.
