Job summary

Beretta is seeking a Product Design Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and transition of firearms from concept to production at our Gallatin, TN facility. You will support design tasks, testing, documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet safety, performance and cost objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience with small arms design and testing preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD (NX) and 2D drafting.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis.
• Strong problem‑solving and mechanical design skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with product design and industrialization for firearms.
• Develop test plans, conduct product testing, and generate reports.
• Create 2D/3D CAD drawings and Bills of Materials.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to review specs and procedures.
• Identify improvements in cost, performance, manufacturability, quality.
