SharkNinja in Needham, MA is seeking an ambitious Product Design Engineer blending industrial design thinking with mechanical engineering. You will help translate open-ended challenges into user-centered, innovative solutions for Shark and Ninja brands.

Part of a fast-paced, cross-functional development team, you’ll prototype quickly, iterate with user testing, and contribute to shaping the next generation of home appliances. 40-hour onsite schedule.

Qualifications

• Student or recent grad in Industrial/Product Design or Mechanical Engineering.
• Interest in user-centered product design and hands-on prototyping.
• Familiarity with CAD software and basic prototyping tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate new product concepts with a user-centered approach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solutions.
• Lead design studies to address technical/user challenges.
• Build and test quick prototypes and iteratively improve designs.
