SharkNinja in Needham, MA is seeking an Industrial Design Co-op for January–June 2027. This on-site, full-time role offers hands-on experience across the product development cycle in a fast-paced, design-focused team.

You’ll work with SolidWorks/Rhino and KeyShot, contribute to real launches, and develop production-ready CAD files while exploring materials, finishes, and brand visuals for Shark and Ninja products. Build your portfolio and launch your career.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a related bachelor's or master's program or has graduated within the past year.
• Able to work full-time 40 hours per week onsite in Needham, MA.
• Create product designs using SolidWorks or Rhino.
• Visualize ideas through high-quality 3D renderings in KeyShot.

Responsabilidades

• Support design leads on real product launches—from brainstorming to market.
• Translate insights into user-centered design solutions.
• Create sketches, illustrations, and renderings for cross-functional teams.
• Develop presentation visuals and storytelling assets.
• Build prototypes and collaborate with engineering to deliver CAD files.
• Specify look and feel of products, including materials and finishes.
• Contribute to a multi-disciplinary team with marketing, UX, and design.
• Explore trends and materials to inform future products.
• Help define design language of Shark/Ninja hero products.
• Gain hands-on experience across the full product development cycle.
