The Associate is responsible for completing in-store food and non-food demonstrations, including preparing, serving, and breaking down product, equipment, and supplies. The Associate engages consumers with product demonstrations in a professional manner, maintains a clean and comfortable workstation, and presents a professional appearance.
This role is not expected to exceed more than 25 hours per week; however, the company reserves discretion to modify the role as needed.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; one to three months of related experience or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills: Proficient in using a personal computer or mobile device with applications and internal systems.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Local food handlers permit may be required.
Stand and walk during shifts; use hands and fingers for tasks; reach with hands and arms up to 65 inches; talk and hear; read instructions and perform tasks; stoop, kneel, squat, climb or step onto ladders; balance; lift and carry up to 25 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds); push and pull a wheeled demonstration cart fully laden with appliances, supplies, and product; prepare foods and beverages using required appliances; handle cleaning supplies; be in contact with cleaning chemicals.

Maintain a professional appearance and proper grooming. Appropriate cleaning attire and personal grooming standards are required.
