Job summary

Stellic is growing and seeks a Product Delivery Lead to own partner success within a core product area. You’ll work directly in a product squad with PMs, engineers, and designers, shaping implementations and optimizations that deliver real impact for universities and students.

You’ll translate partner goals into durable product setups, troubleshoot deeply, and influence product direction across the platform. This role requires travel and a strong bias for delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, solutions engineering, or a similar partner-facing delivery role.
• A record of deep product mastery: you've owned a product area before and become the go-to expert.
• Strong implementation architecture instincts: you can connect existing pieces to solve for the partner need.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of your product area, from requirements and solution design through configuration, validation, launch and impact.
• Translate partner goals into product setups that work today and hold up over time; troubleshoot without passing off to others.
• Be deep enough in your product area that partners can't tell you apart from the Product Lead; spot cross-product opportunities.
• End each partner conversation with a clear link between product configuration and partner priorities (retention, capacity, outcomes).
• Treat manual work as debt and drive improvements via configurations, playbooks, and feedback to Product/Engineering.
• Define what good looks like for each partner and push for quality improvements across the squad.
