Job summary

Stellic is growing and seeks a Product Delivery Lead to own partner success for a core product area. You will sit inside a product squad with PMs, engineers, and designers, not in a services group.

You think in product logic and drive improvements that matter to partners. You’ll own end-to-end implementations, translate goals into actionable product setups, and drive measurable outcomes for retention and advisor capacity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise SaaS implementation or partner-facing delivery role.
• Deep product mastery with prior ownership of a product area.
• Strong implementation architecture instincts and ability to connect existing pieces to solve partner needs.
• Working fluency with data tools to query data and troubleshoot without routing to engineering.
• Data-driven habit: form hypotheses before partner calls and work with CSVs and queries.
• Clear communication and partner credibility across internal teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end partner implementations from requirements and solution design through configuration, validation, launch and impact.
• Translate partner goals into product setups that work today and scale over time; troubleshoot when needed.
• Develop deep product mastery and cross-squad awareness to spot cross-product opportunities.
• Translate partner conversations into a clear link between product configuration and partner priorities (retention, capacity, outcomes).
• Reduce manual work by creating repeatable configurations and playbooks; provide feedback to Product and Engineering.
