Job summary

JPMorganChase in Chicago seeks a senior leader to drive end-to-end product delivery and modernization of the ABL/WLS platform. You will own the transformation lifecycle, align with product managers and architects, and guide data-driven, automated improvements across complex banking environments.

You will manage governance, risk, and stakeholder communications while shaping a vision for scalable platform upgrades and AI-enabled workflows, enabling enterprise-wide adoption with a strong emphasis

Qualifications

• 8+ years of lending product delivery, transformation experience or equivalent expertise in financial services, ABL, system transformation or a relevant domain area.
• Deep domain expertise in lending, ABL business & operations, platform transformation and modernization.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale transformations with data migration, cutover planning, and stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver ABL WLS product priorities, managing full transformation delivery lifecycle from opportunity to value realization.
• Drive modernization and system migration programs including scope, feature build, test, deployment, cutover planning, reconciliation, and stabilization.
• Define target-state workflows – process, platform design, data, operating model alignment, and controls; push for automation and AI where possible.
• Partner with Product Managers and architects to refine features, user stories, and integration patterns.
• Drive end-to-end integrations across ABL platforms and adjacent ecosystems via APIs and event-driven patterns.
• Develop a forward-looking roadmap for ABL & WLS leveraging AI, automation and advanced analytics to reduce risk and enable scale.
• Build alignment across functions with clear communication to achieve consensus and decisions.
• Embed automation and AI capabilities into business processes and drive adoption.
