Job summary

Allianz Life seeks a delivery-focused leader to own end-to-end product delivery across key life and annuity lines. You will oversee product implementation, a knowledge center, and program management from concept through launch, coordinating vendor relationships and ensuring launch readiness. Report to the Chief Actuary.

You will build scalable delivery systems, manage risk, and drive enterprise partnerships across product teams, leveraging AI tools for efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years of experience in life/annuity insurance delivery and program management.
• Ability to build delivery systems and surface risk across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product delivery across major product lines and programs.
• Lead product implementation teams and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage illustrations and statements capability, including vendor relationships.
• Deliver executive-level status updates on delivery and risk.
• Leverage AI tools to improve process engineering and delivery.
• Lead a product implementation organization of 25-35 employees and drive excellence.
