Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product or project management or similar domain.
• 3+ years of software testing with emphasis on test automation.
• Experience building automated test suites with Selenium WebDriver, Java and Cucumber.
• Proficiency in Java and unit testing frameworks (TestNG/JUnit).
• Experience with Maven or Gradle build tools.
• Experience using Jira and CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitLab).

Responsibilities

• Supports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, and reporting.
• Documents blockers and impediments to aid dependency management and resource availability.
• Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Designs and maintains automated test scripts for complex applications using Selenium WebDriver with Java and Cucumber.
• Improve and optimize existing Java-based automation frameworks for scalability and reliability.
• Translates requirements into reusable test cases and Cucumber feature files.
• Execute automated and manual tests, analyze results, and drive defect triage and closure.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and testing teammates to deliver high-quality releases.
• Review automation code and framework updates and provide constructive feedback.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support repeatable, reliable releases.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
• Demonstrated experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
• Exposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams
• 3 + years of experiencein software testing with a strong focus on test automation
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver with Java and Cucumber
• Proficiency in Java for automation, including experience with unit testing frameworks (such as TestNG or JUnit)
• Experience with build tools used for Java automation (such as Maven or Gradle)
• Experience using defect tracking tools (such as Jira)
• Experience using automation pipeline tools (such as Jenkins or GitLab)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Emerging knowledge of product release and deployment processes and understanding of software architecture concepts and system integration points
• E xperience supporting more than one CCB Operations Function/Line of Business
• Experience designing and maintaining Java-based automation frameworks, including page object model and data-driven approaches
• Working knowledge of database validation using structured query language
• Strong communication skills for partnering across teams and sharing test outcomes
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
