Job summary

Accenture PLC seeks a Product Data & Agentic Commerce Manager to steer data strategy across Agentic Commerce initiatives, bridging AI agent needs with commercial operations. You will guide data readiness, enrichment programs, and governance to drive AI-driven commerce outcomes.

The role covers PXM platform leadership, schema design, and multi-channel data pipelines, with collaboration across CDOs and eCommerce leaders to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product content management, digital commerce, or customer technology.
• 5+ years of hands-on platform experience with PXM and PIM systems with SAP/Salesforce context.

Responsibilities

• Lead product data readiness assessments and diagnose gaps for AI-ready content.
• Define and implement product data value-chain strategies across R&D, master data, PXM, and digital shelf.
• Architect AI-ready product feeds for LLMs and agentic commerce protocols.
• Lead data governance, quality KPIs, and structured product data pipelines for AI discovery.
