Accenture PLC is seeking a Data & AI Strategy Manager/Senior Manager to guide clients in end-to-end AI journeys, focusing on Supply Chain & Engineering. You will translate opportunities into measurable business outcomes and lead teams across strategy and execution.

The role is based in New York or Chicago, offering a hybrid work model with travel as needed. You will develop offerings, drive BD, and mentor colleagues as part of a growing Data & AI practice.

Formación

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, operations, or Digital Transformation with Life Sciences/Healthcare focus.
• Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience leading business transformation initiatives for Life Sciences clients.
• Minimum of 6 years translating business challenges into technology-enabled solutions (Data, Analytics, AI, Automation, Digital platforms).
• Minimum of 5 years leading workstreams with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degrees preferred.
• Bonus points for experience with GMP, regulatory compliance, quality management, product development, or clinical supply chain.
• Knowledge of SAP, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, Siemens, PTC, Dassault, AVEVA, AspenTech or similar tools.
• Strong data governance, data management, and AI solution lifecycle understanding.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive adoption with measurable value.
• Analytical mindset with structured problem-solving and KPI definition.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Data & AI transformation initiatives with business and technical teams.
• Define Data & AI strategies to enable Supply Chain & Engineering transformation.
• Bridge business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Design data governance models ensuring data quality and compliance.
• Develop business cases, KPIs, and value realization plans for initiatives.
• Support business development with proposals and go-to-market strategy.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performance consulting culture.
