Job summary

Watts Internship Program seeks a Marketing Intern focused on product data management. You’ll gain hands-on experience with product data, governance standards, and business systems while supporting product information for Marketing, Sales, Operations, and channel partners.

Based onsite in North Andover, MA, you’ll collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and others, learn data quality practices, and contribute to data updates, documentation, and process improvements during a structured

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools for data collection, validation, or population.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product data integrity by adhering to governance standards.
• Review and cleanse product information to improve quality and consistency.
• Enter dimensional and attribute data from technical documentation.
• Identify and resolve data gaps across systems and databases.
• Support data updates and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Learn and use software systems for product information management.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Operations.
