Job summary

BCI Brands is seeking a detail-oriented, organized data specialist to reconcile product information across PLM and ERP systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate specifications.

The role involves maintaining seasonal libraries, updating stakeholders, and supporting production hand-offs while leveraging strong Excel and Outlook skills. A bachelor’s degree is preferred in a collaborative, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• PLM experience (Centric preferred).
• ERP experience (Exenta preferred).
• Proficiency in Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and maintain accurate product data across PLM and ERP systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure product specifications are accurate and complete.
• Create, maintain, and update seasonal product libraries, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Communicate product information and updates to vendors and overseas partners to support seamless execution.
• Distribute materials and product updates to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Support style adds, drops, and revisions while ensuring clean and accurate hand-offs to Production.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
