Owens & Minor seeks a seasoned Products Data Lead to own the product master data lighthouse and govern master data used in profitability metrics. You will work with Product GMs and Finance to fix data methodology, redefine KPIs, and create a fact pack that ties analytics to the North Star EBITDA, driving forward-looking transparency and measurable impact across the product organization.

This role reports upstream to the VP of Operation Transformation and partners across teams to scale data

Responsabilités

• Establish a governed source of product master data: hierarchy, attributes, contracts and core metric methodology.
• Define KPIs aligned to ELT strategy to redirect leadership toward value.
• Create a 'fact pack' to support product strategy and connect to true north KPIs.
