Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Product Data Lead to own and govern the product master data and the calculation methodology behind key profitability metrics. You will partner with Finance, IT, and Product GMs to drive forward-looking analytics and EBITDA-linked initiatives.

The role emphasizes data quality, KPI definition, and cross-functional leadership. Remote-friendly position with travel to Richmond; advanced degree and 5–10+ years in analytics or master data management are highly valued.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
5–10+ years in commercial/sales analytics, data science, or master data management with healthcare exposure.
Strong SQL and analytics tooling; fluency with the modern data stack; PowerBI for last-mile reporting.

Responsibilities

Own product master data governance, hierarchy, attributes, and cost interfaces.
Define defensible calculation methodologies for product profitability and market opportunities.
Develop KPIs and a data-driven governance framework to inform product strategy.
Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Operations to maintain trusted data and reports.
