Whova is looking for a full-time Product Data Analyst to join our team! As a Product Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our product team by gathering insights about how our users interact with our products to help our team optimize and improve our product. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging data analysis techniques to help guide product decisions.

Responsibilities

1. Analyze data to extract insights on feature usage and user behavior
2. Collaborate with product managers and key stakeholders to develop metrics that accurately reflect the performance of our products
3. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations related to product initiatives, such as improving engagement, optimizing features, or increasing usage
4. Develop and maintain automated reports and systems for monitoring key metrics

Qualifications

1. BS or MS in Data Science, Computer Science or Engineering
2. Comfortable writing Python and experience working with SQL databases
3. A curious mindset to delve into various aspects of product usage and uncover valuable insights
4. Strong skills in data analysis, data visualization and problem-solving
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
6. Experience working closely with engineering and product management teams is a plus
