About The Role

The Provider Data Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate healthcare provider information across organizational databases to support network operations. This role requires evaluating and preparing provider data, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and collaborating with internal teams to support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Intake provider data from multiple sources, prepare submissions according to business rules and platform requirements
• Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through regular audits and validation
• Collaborate with internal teams to verify and update provider profiles
• Generate reports and provide data analysis to inform decisions
• Assist in developing and implementing data management policies and procedures
• Respond to data-related inquiries and support other departments as needed
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards

• Proven experience with data management, load, and analysis tools
