Responsibilities

• Counsel the global product team on AI adoption, data protection, privacy and consumer law.
• Collaborate with engineering, partnerships, privacy, and security teams to provide legal guidance.
• Draft and update internal and external terms for Stripe products.
• Analyze regulatory updates on consumer financial data access to advise on product impact.
