zerohash is seeking a Product Counsel in New York to shape legal strategy for our cryptocurrency settlement platform. You will advise product, engineering and business teams on privacy, data security, marketing, consumer protection, risk management, and partner relations.

You will manage user and services agreements, licensing, and other contracts, conduct legal research, and collaborate with internal and external counsel to address complex regulatory issues.

Qualificações

• J.D. degree with 6+ years of relevant experience in top law firm, government, or in-house.
• Experience with consumer financial services laws, data privacy, and blockchain/cryptocurrency.
• Excellent written and oral communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Advising product, engineering, IT, business development, marketing, and other teams on issues related to product development and commercialization, including compliance with privacy, data security, marketing, consumer protection, risk management, and partner relations
• Managing contracts including user and services agreements, terms of service, licensing agreements, and commercial contracts
• Researching a range of novel legal questions and distilling findings to advise internal stakeholders
• Collaborating with in-house and outside counsel to research complex legal and regulatory issues
• Building relationships with outside counsel, partners, and regulators in furtherance of driving business goals
