Qualifications

• J.D. and active bar membership in good standing required.
• 8–12 years of relevant legal experience, with substantial in-house work at a tech or software company.
• Experience supporting global software products in privacy, data governance, IP, AI governance, cybersecurity, licensing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded advisor across the product lifecycle, bringing business and legal judgment to product decisions.
• Build strong partnerships with Product and Technology leadership and LCA experts.
• Monitor regulatory developments and technology trends to guide roadmap implications and proactive advice.
• Translate complex legal/regulatory requirements into practical, scalable guidance for product teams.
