Amron, a division of AMTEC Corp., seeks a Product Coordinator to oversee production planning and ensure high-quality output at the lowest cost, meeting customer specifications and delivery requirements, in accordance with company policies and ISO 9001 standards.
The role involves prioritizing schedules, supervising systems integration and test functions, training staff, and coordinating with management to optimize resources and ensure on-time delivery.
Under the direction of the Production Operations Manager, the Product Coordinator ensures the production of company products at the highest quality at the lowest possible cost, meeting company performance standards and customer specifications and delivery requirements, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requires a bachelor’s degree and one to two years related experience; or two years of college and three to five years of progressively responsible related experience; or four years of high school and seven to ten years of progressively responsible related experience; or a combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, production schedules, purchase orders, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write reports, procedure manuals, and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of specifications and information furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, applicable laws and the union contract. Responsibilities include training employees; assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
