Retail Reinvented is an AI-native agency based in Los Angeles, building agentic commerce for lighting and complex-product brands. We seek a founding creative to own content campaigns from hypothesis through launch, and to direct AI video production with high taste and scale.

You will craft search-optimized content, ensure structured data is clear for AI retrieval, and set visual identities across client brands. This is a hands-on, fast-moving role designed to ship impactful work quickly.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing design choices and outcomes.
• Experience with AI production tools and video workflows.

Responsabilités

• Campaign ownership: end-to-end content campaigns with hypothesis, production, launch, and measurement.
• AI video production: generate and edit short- and long-form video using AI tooling.
• Search and answer-engine optimization: create structured data, clear entities, and credible claims.
• Creative direction: set visual standards across brands and maintain quality.
• Team building: grow into directing a small pod of contractors and creators.
