Job summary

Maxwood Furniture is seeking a Product Content & Compliance Coordinator to bridge product content and compliance, reducing launch delays and ensuring accurate documentation. You will coordinate with Compliance, Product Development, Purchasing, QA, and external partners in the US and Asia to support launches and ongoing maintenance.

The role focuses on collecting and managing digital information, testing requirements, and product documentation for furniture sold by Maxwood across multiple

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in product information.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams and partners.
• Able to follow processes and track open items to resolution.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers and labs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, review, and maintain product content and testing documentation.
• Coordinate product testing requests with internal teams, suppliers, and labs.
• Track testing requirements, timelines, results, and documentation.
• Communicate status updates on content readiness and compliance items.
• Maintain organized product and compliance documentation for quick access.
• Support updates to product information as development progresses.
