About the Role
As a Product Configuration Specialist at Axuall, you will play a key role in designing, standardizing, and optimizing recipe and task build solutions that support scalable implementations and operational delivery. This role is responsible for analyzing customer requirements, building and configuring efficient workflow solutions, establishing best practices and quality standards, and supporting the governance and continuous improvement of implementation methodologies across the organization. You will work closely with Product, Client Services, Support, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions are delivered accurately, efficiently, and consistently. The ideal candidate is analytical, operationally minded, detail‑oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of complex processes from requirements gathering through execution and optimization.

Pay Transparency
Base Salary Range (Good‑Faith Estimate): $95,000 - $115,000
Employment Classification: Full Time
Additional Compensation: Eligible for discretionary annual bonus & equity incentive plan participation upon hire
Pay Frequency: Semi‑monthly
