Position Overview:

IT Analysts support Allegion's product configuration software implementation and global support. They collaborate with business users, product configuration teams, analysts, IT teams, and vendors to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions. This role requires technical expertise in Experlogix & V6 software, supporting modeling teams and maintaining existing configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into technical requirements for product configuration.
• Support and resolve integration issues between the product configurator and other applications (ERPs, in-house apps).
• Maintain knowledge of system interdependencies.
• Report bugs, test, and implement fixes.
• Manage server setup, upgrades, and monitor system health.
• Provide technical support for global ERP programs and troubleshoot Experlogix and V6 applications.
• Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to resolve issues and test fixes.
• Be on call outside of regular hours for priority support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field.
• 3+ years experience with product configuration solutions, particularly Experlogix CPQ or V6.
• Experience with ERP systems, Web Servers, SQL Servers, PowerShell, and object-oriented programming languages (C#, JavaScript).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration across global teams.
