Job summary

Excellus BCBS is seeking a Product Configuration Technical Analyst to architect and implement end-to-end product configuration across core and integrated systems. The role acts as a liaison with Product & Contract Management and business partners to design and maintain configuration data, processes, tools, approvals, and change control.

The Senior Analyst will lead architecture, planning, testing, and troubleshooting of reports, interfaces, and patches, while driving continuous improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field is required or eight years of relevant operations/process management/improvement experience in lieu of degree.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Knowledge of operations and contract benefits.

Responsibilities

• Architect, plan, create solution designs and implement improvements for product configuration across core and integrated systems.
• Lead architecture strategies and align IT and business strategy.
• Document and validate technical designs and interfaces for configuration and reports.
• Coordinate with IT, Product & Contract Management, Sales and Enrollment Operations.
• Manage governance, change controls, and training for the Product Configuration team.
