Job summary

Bose Corporation in Framingham, Massachusetts is offering a Spring Co-op in Product Compliance and Safety. The six-month program runs January 11 through June 25, 2027, with a hybrid in-office format and 40 hours per week.

The role focuses on safety returns, certification improvements, and global compliance activities to impact Bose consumer products. The candidate will collaborate with engineering, compliance, legal, and operations teams, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Project management experience in cross-functional environments.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in continuous improvement and structured problem solving (8D, Six Sigma, Lean or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Experience with or interest in learning Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate, manage, and engage in key initiatives for the Safety Returns Process with stakeholders.
• Assist with sample management for Safety Returns and Field Performance Management processes.
• Partner with Certification team on product management, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Document and improve certification processes, including country-specific requirements and renewals.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and ways of working across the team.
