Job summary

Bose Corporation is seeking a Customer Experience Co-Op in Atlanta, GA to support the Customer Experience Strategy, work on Bose Stories pages, campaigns, content maintenance, testing, and customer insights.

The six-month program runs 40 hours per week in a hybrid, in-office format from January 11 through June 25, 2027. Requires U.S. work authorization; no relocation assistance provided.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a relevant bachelor's degree.
• Familiar with digital marketing concepts and web content.
• Experience with Jira, Contentsquare, and Google Analytics preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing website campaigns across product, brand, and commercial initiatives.
• Help produce and maintain Bose Stories pages, ensuring on-brand content.
• Manage content refreshes, updates, and expiration.
• Contribute to testing and optimization for engagement and conversion.
• Analyze customer feedback and surface insights for recommendations.
• Conduct competitive research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and refine customer journey maps to inform improvements.
• Support review initiatives including seeding and always-on programs.
• Own defined workstreams, coordinating with cross-functional partners and risks.
