Qualifications

• Education: Juniors, seniors and graduate students with an interest in the automotive industry
• Preferred majors include engineering, manufacturing, quality engineering, technical writing, statistics and economics
• One previous internship/co‑op experience and/or automotive work experience

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and documentation support to the North American Customer Quality Engineering team, including preparing customer deliverables, reviewing and coordinating customer PPAP and Supplier PPAP (SPAP) documentation, maintaining quality records, tracking quality action items, and supporting customer communications.
• Coordinate and execute customer Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) submissions, ensuring customer‑specific requirements, documentation, and submission timing are achieved.
