Job summary

Bose Corporation is seeking an Electrical Engineering Co-Op to join the Premium Consumer Audio Electrical Engineering team in Framingham, MA. The co-op will design/evaluate new sensor technologies and prototypes for future Bose products, and will work on several projects across development and validation activities.

The role offers a six-month program with a 40-hour work week in a hybrid, in-office format from January 11, 2027 through June 25, 2027. Authorization to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience with power conversion, signal integrity, sensors, and battery management.
• Proficient with digital buses (UART/I2C/I2S/SPI) and mixed-signal PCB design.
• Familiar with firmware, EMC, RF, and basic lab equipment such as oscilloscopes.

Responsibilities

• Design/evaluate new sensor technologies and prototypes for Bose products.
• Work on day-to-day product development and validation activities with senior engineers.
• Assist Cadence library parts creation.
• Automate Cadence library part creation using AI.
