Job summary

Pestie, Inc. in Bluffdale, Utah, seeks a Product Compliance & Regulatory Affairs Manager to guide our product portfolio through evolving regulatory requirements.

You will partner with Product Development, Operations, and Leadership to ensure federal, state, and industry compliance across the portfolio. The role is onsite at our Bluffdale headquarters, with relocation support for highly qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a highly regulated industry.
• Experience supporting regulated products throughout their lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in pesticides, crop protection, specialty chemicals, consumer products, environmental compliance, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory strategy for new and existing products.
• Manage EPA and state registration activities.
• Review labels, claims, and product communications for compliance.
• Monitor regulatory developments impacting the business.
• Coordinate with regulatory consultants and testing organizations.
• Assess compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support commercialization efforts through regulatory guidance.
• Maintain regulatory records and submission documentation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support compliant product launches.
• Testing and testing guidelines.
