Job summary

Pestie is seeking a Product Compliance & Regulatory Affairs Manager to guide our product portfolio through a complex regulatory landscape. This onsite role at our Bluffdale, Utah headquarters partners with Product Development, Operations, and Leadership to ensure federal, state, and industry compliance.

The role is ideal for candidates with pesticide/herbicide regulation, EPA-regulated products, or regulatory consulting experience and offers relocation assistance for highly qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in a highly regulated industry.
• Experience supporting regulated products through their lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in pesticides, crop protection, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory strategy for new and existing products.
• Manage EPA and state registration activities.
• Review labels, claims, and product communications for compliance.
• Monitor regulatory developments impacting the business.
• Coordinate with regulatory consultants and testing organizations.
• Assess compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support commercialization efforts through regulatory guidance.
• Maintain regulatory records and submission documentation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support compliant product launches.
