Job summary

Traeger, headquartered in Salt Lake City, seeks a Product Compliance Engineer to drive regulatory compliance for all products, ensuring Declarations of Conformity and certifications are developed and maintained. You will educate teams on regulatory requirements and support data systems to keep Traeger products compliant in domestic and international markets.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product compliance, PFAS, RoHS, REACH, Prop 65, AB1200, TSCA, and related materials regulations, plus

Qualifications

• Regulatory compliance responsibilities across product portfolio.
• Experience with PFAS, RoHS, REACH, Prop 65, TSCA and related standards.
• Ability to build requirements for design teams and write DOCs.
• Experience with supplier/audit interactions and conformity declarations.

Responsibilities

• Support material, environmental, regulatory, and safety compliance.
• Develop and maintain declarations of conformity and certificates.
• Assist with design reviews, FMEA, and hazard reviews for certifications.
• Interact with testing agencies and certification bodies (UL, CSA, IEC, etc.).
