Job summary

Certivity GmbH is seeking a Product Compliance Manager for Customer Success (Solution Engineer). You will act as the technical implementation partner for customers, translating regulatory requirements into scalable platform configurations and workflows.

Expect collaboration with engineers and compliance experts to drive successful rollouts and account growth. The role requires a university degree in Engineering or Law, 3+ years at the regulation-engineering interface, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or Law or related field.
• 3+ years experience at interface of regulation and engineering.
• Confident communication with engineers, compliance experts and management.
• Strong ownership and the ability to drive projects independently.
• Willing to travel worldwide up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through a successful rollout of the Certivity platform, from first demo to productive use.
• Lead implementation projects: define milestones with customers and ensure delivery from Product/Engineering, translate needs into feature requests.
• Translate customers' regulatory, compliance and engineering processes into efficient configurations and workflows.
• Own account growth: identify expansion and upsell opportunities with the sales team.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with Product and Engineering; feed customer feedback into roadmap.
