Blockchain.com in London is seeking an experienced Communications Lead to shape the product, regulatory, and technology story across its consumer and institutional portfolio. You will own product announcements and ensure high visibility with press and key stakeholders.

This role blends crypto-native storytelling with tactical comms: define narratives, lead launches, manage regulatory updates, position AI, and build thought leadership through blogs and executive social presence.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience leading crypto/fintech comms programs.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical or regulatory concepts into compelling stories.
• Strong collaboration with Product, Marketing, Strategy, Legal and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Narrative & Strategy: Build and execute a differentiated product and technology comms strategy for Blockchain.com.
• Product Launch Comms: Own end-to-end comms for a full pipeline of product launches.
• Regulatory Comms: Lead licensing, regulatory, and compliance announcements.
• AI Positioning: Define and champion Blockchain.com’s position on AI storytelling.
• Tech Media & Influencer Relations: Own key press and influencer relationships across product topics.
• Thought Leadership: Build platforms for spokespeople, speaking engagements, awards submissions, and executive social.
• Content Creation: Write compelling product-focused content, including blogs, press releases, and social posts.
