Job summary

Blockchain.com is seeking an experienced Communications Lead to shape the product, regulatory, and technology narrative across its consumer and institutional businesses. You will drive press and owned media strategies for launches, AI storytelling, and regulatory milestones, while translating complex crypto tech into compelling stories for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience leading crypto/fintech comms programs.
• Deep crypto literacy with ability to learn Blockchain.com business and regulatory roadmap.
• Proven track record translating complex technical products into press-friendly value propositions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Product, Marketing, Strategy, Legal and Compliance.
• Exceptional editorial skills to write and edit high-level and technical content.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-judgment environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop narrative & strategy for product and technology comms at Blockchain.com, spanning consumer and institutional products, AI, and regulatory topics.
• Own end-to-end product launch comms with Marketing and Product teams.
• Lead regulatory comms for licensing, regulatory, and compliance milestones.
• Define and champion Blockchain.com’s AI positioning and storytelling.
• Manage tech media and influencer relations, expanding the influencer set for innovation news.
• Build thought leadership platforms, including media opportunities, speaking engagements, and award submissions.
• Create compelling product-focused content including blog posts, press releases, and executive social posts.
