Job summary

Blockchain.com’s Communications Lead will shape product innovation, regulatory strength, and technology storytelling across our consumer and institutional portfolios. You’ll manage messaging for product announcements, licensing wins, and AI-driven thought leadership to ensure the company remains highly visible and trusted in the crypto ecosystem.

The role requires crypto-native storytelling, strategic tact, and a track record turning complex tech into clear value for press and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of crypto, DeFi, fintech communications leadership.
• Deep crypto literacy with ability to learn Blockchain.com roadmap.
• Proven track record translating complex tech to simple value propositions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Legal and Compliance.
• Exceptional editorial skills to write and distill technical/regulatory details.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-judgment environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a differentiated product and technology comms strategy.
• Own end-to-end comms for a full pipeline of product launches.
• Lead licensing, regulatory, and compliance announcements.
• Define Blockchain.com's position on AI and storytelling.
• Own press and influencer relationships across product topics.
• Develop thought leadership platforms for spokespeople and awards.
• Create compelling product-focused content including blog posts and press releases.
