Blockchain.com is seeking a Communications Lead to shape product innovation, regulatory strength, and technology storytelling. Based in London, you will lead end-to-end comms for product launches and regulatory milestones while driving AI positioning and thought leadership across consumer and institutional audiences.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience leading crypto/fintech comms programs.
• Deep crypto literacy with ability to learn Blockchain.com’s roadmap.
• Proven track record announcing complex technical products to press.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Strategy, Legal and Compliance.
• Exceptional editorial skills for crypto technical or regulatory content.

Responsibilities

• Narrative & Strategy: Build and execute a differentiated product and technology comms strategy and narrative for Blockchain.com.
• Product Launch Comms: Own end-to-end comms for a full pipeline of product launches in coordination with Marketing and Product teams.
• Regulatory Comms: Lead announcements of licensing, regulatory, and compliance milestones.
• AI Positioning: Define and champion Blockchain.com’s stance on AI and story-tell around its impact.
• Tech Media & Influencer Relations: Own key press and influencer relationships and proactive opportunities across product topics.
• Thought Leadership: Build high-impact platforms for product, technical, and AI spokespeople, including awards submissions and executive social presence.
• Content Creation: Write compelling product-focused content, blog posts, press releases, and executive social posts.
