Job summary

Pathward, N.A. is seeking a Product Commercialization Manager for Issuing Sponsorship and Agent Bank portfolios.

You will lead the development and management of the bank’s sponsorship product offering, enabling fintechs and embedded finance partners to launch issuing programs under regulatory licenses and provide product support to the agent bank portfolio. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• 5+ years’ of prior industry experience with prepaid and/or deposit products.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and project/time management.
• Demonstrated leadership in product or cross-functional settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program documentation covering compliance, risk, regulatory requirements, and governance.
• Drive revenue growth by creating new solutions and expanding existing products.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to set product strategy, priorities, and roadmap.
• Understand needs of Pathward partners and end users.
• Perform market research and discovery with internal areas.
• Own strategic relationships with key third party partners; recommend new relationships as needed.
• Manage full product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical implementation.
• Monitor product performance, metrics, and collect partner/user feedback.
• Drive go-to-market strategy for new products and enhancements with internal departments.
• Manage product P/L and support forecasting and annual budget planning.
• Develop industry expertise via events, research, and competitive analysis.
