Job summary

Pathward, National Association is seeking a Product Commercialization Manager for Issuing Sponsorship. You will lead the development and management of the bank's sponsorship product offerings, enabling fintechs and partners to launch and scale card issuing programs under the bank's licenses.

The role drives compliance, efficiency, and a partner-centric experience. This leadership position interfaces with product, compliance, operations, and network partners to deliver scalable issuing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years' of prior industry experience with prepaid and/or deposit products required.
• Written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Project and time management capabilities.
• Leadership experience in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the sponsorship product offering for issuing (Visa/Mastercard) across debit, prepaid, and credit use cases.
• Drive revenue growth by creating new solutions and expanding use of existing products.
• Set product strategy, priorities, and roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Understand needs of Pathward partners and end users to shape offerings.
• Perform market research and partner discovery to inform decisions.
• Manage strategic relationships with key third-party partners and assess new relationships.
• Oversee full product life cycle from strategy to implementation.
• Monitor product performance and collect feedback for improvements.
• Lead go-to-market plans and coordinate with internal departments.
• Oversee product P/L, forecasts, and annual budget planning.
• Build industry expertise via events and research; analyze competitive landscape.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
