Job summary

Texas Capital Bank seeks an experienced Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of the consumer card portfolio, driving growth, profitability, and customer value.

You will define pricing strategies, develop partnerships, monitor performance, and lead cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Operations, and Technology. This role also mentors junior teammates in a fast-paced fintech environment and requires strong leadership and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, preferably financial services.
• Proven profitability and card product experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of consumer card products, including development, launch, and ongoing management.
• Define pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue.
• Monitor product performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships to enhance the value proposition.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technology to ensure successful execution.
• Mentor and develop junior team members; lead cross-functional initiatives.
