You will oversee configuration, application suitability, troubleshooting and continuous improvement while driving opportunities to quote and managing capital projects through to customer acceptance with the support of the application group project managers.

Qualifications

• Strong presenter with excellent communication and relationships with multiple departments.
• Experience supporting Sales, Service, Manufacturing, Quality and Sales & Service organizations.
• Capable of managing capital equipment projects end-to-end with a focus on margin and value-based pricing.

Responsibilities

• Own the category's technical authority, including configuration, application suitability and improvement.
• Qualify opportunities before quoting and complete high‑value quotations.
• Project-manage capital jobs through to customer acceptance with project managers.
• Drive CPQ modules and field quoting with sales to enable field sales efficiency.
• Provide applications, technical and training support to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality and Sales to deliver on commitments.
